Specialized Support for Young Adults, Teens, Couples, & Families

Life’s challenges can test the strength of our relationships, emotions, and even how we see ourselves. I am here to guide you through these moments—helping you embrace your emotions without fear, rediscover your worth, and foster deeper connections.

With a Bachelor's in Family Studies from Brigham Young University and a Master’s in Couples and Family Therapy from Seattle University, I specialize in supporting young adults, teenagers, couples, and families. Whether you’re facing past trauma, anxiety, depression, communication struggles, or emotional pain, we’ll navigate it together. In our sessions, you’ll find a compassionate, non-judgmental space where your voice is heard, your story is valued, and your growth is celebrated.

A Personal Approach Rooted in Connection and Joy

Beyond my professional life, I’m a friendly and outgoing person who loves nature, musicals, and spending time with my loved ones. I believe these personal passions bring warmth and relatability to my therapeutic practice. I truly believe we all have the capacity to heal and grow. It begins with being seen and believing you are worthy of the life and relationships you desire. I’m here to support you on your journey and help you flourish.
